The Timeshare Helpline is open 10am – 4pm Monday to Friday (GMT).
It is closed on bank holidays and weekends.
Outside of these hours (or if a team member is not available) there is an answerphone service available to arrange a call-back, or you can fill in our online enquiry form on our Timeshare Business Check website and the team will get back to you as soon as possible.
After several years based in offices in Bournemouth, KwikChex now primarily uses the internet to enable our employees to work remotely. This enables us to keep costs down and to have employees in multiple locations, including in the UK and in other EU countries.
Our registered office as published on our websites and all other communications is a new facility for KwikChex (commenced December 2018) which is used for all legal purposes, post and to conduct some meetings – it is not permanently occupied by KwikChex, so any meetings or visits must be prearranged.
